Rashmi Tewari is an educator and social worker with a Master’s degree in English and studies in Gerontology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She has taught at various institutions, encouraging critical thinking and communication among students. She has also worked with Dignity Foundation for senior citizens’ welfare and contributed to community service through the Army Wives Welfare Association and Sarthi NGO, where she mentors and supports underprivileged girls.
Mr. Mohan Chandra Joshi has nearly 42 years of experience in the sugar industry and has worked closely with major corporate groups such as Aditya Birla, Bajaj, DCM Shriram, and Kila Chand. A postgraduate in Economics, he also actively contributes to farmers’ welfare and rural development initiatives.
Dr. Geeta Pandey is a counselling psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals manage emotional and behavioral challenges. She holds an MA in Counselling Psychology and an MSc in Counselling and Family Therapy and is a life member of the Counsellor Council of India. Trained in therapies such as CBT, REBT, DBT, and NLP, she also works as an Emotional Intelligence Coach, Parenting Coach, and Career Counsellor, and conducts workshops on stress management, exam anxiety, and personal development.
Dr. Sanjaya Kumar Pradhan is a cultural entrepreneur and social innovator with over 20 years of experience across government, corporate, and civil society sectors. He is the Founder & CEO of eKalakaar, a digital platform that uses Indian traditional performing arts to support communication, awareness, and stakeholder engagement while creating livelihood opportunities for artists. He holds an MSW and PhD from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and has previously worked with organizations such as Tata Power, Mahindra, NSDC, and Gram Vikas.
Major General Sanjay Puri is a former senior officer of the Indian Army with over 36 years of service in operations, intelligence, and strategic planning. He commanded units across diverse terrains and held key roles in Military Intelligence and defence planning. A Sena Medal and Vishisht Seva Medal awardee, he also contributed to youth initiatives like NCC and Agniveer and led the Indian Army Training Team in Tajikistan.
